The food was delicious, as always! However, it took over 10 minutes to get my boneless wings. They asked me to park out front but never came out. When I went in to check the status, they had completely forgotten my order. And the employee working the cash register said they were out of ranch when there was an entire box sitting right next to the register that his coworker was pointing out to him. He tried to offer me blackened ranch instead. Would choose a different location next time. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Chicken Wings

Staff is EXTREMELY RUDE...AND DO NOT COME CLOSE with being helpful or informative. Only person in the drive thru, and had to ask for the items I did NOT receive, only after Being told its all in the bag. Extremely rude. Only ordered a TWO piece meal...apparently that was too much for multiple employees to handle.

One of my favorite Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurants in the area. Easy access to local shopping such as Costco as well as highway 101 and highway 152. I love the new kiosk ordering system but there is counter customer service as well. I believe in the ability to be independent when appropriate but also having the freedom of choice in service when feeling drained or needy. The food is hot and fresh and I have never left this restaurant missing an item. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
