All employees are efficient and kind. Their store has a LOT of issues from what I've seen, from no air conditioning to poor air circulation. Even still, they work hard and work well. I especially want to shout out T at this location. She definitely has leader energy and makes sure that even if the employees are having a hard time, the customers don't feel it as much as possible. This was supposed to be honey BBQ, let THAT start things off here. Next, we were told they have NEVER sold jambalaya, when there are clearly photos on the menu pictures with jambalaya on them and we've ordered it before. They gave us the wrong size Mac, and potatoes. They didn't give us our order of biscuits or any of our sauces, or even a straw. All these fast food workers want to complain about wages when they can't do the most basic, entry level job on this green Earth. Did it for 4 years between Taco Hell and McDonald's, never messed up an order, dozens of positive customer service reviews and raises to show for it. It's hit or miss at this location. Sometimes it's good and other times it is bad. I like Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, but when the food and service is bad it makes my family very disappointed. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
