Italian cuisine under the direction of the great chef is wonderful here. Try good mushrooms. Delicious wine will make your meal even more delicious and you'll certainly come back.

Fantastic experience at Poplar celebrating our anniversary. The perfect place for deliciously crafted food and relaxed ambiance. We were so happy to enjoy a vegetarian meal with an elevated experience. Plus, we got to meet the whole Poplar team after our dining experience! I can’t believe I only just found out about this place and am excited to come back and see what they come up with! Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

What a delightful surprise. Friends introduced us to this cute 24 seat corner restaurant. The menu all vegetarian and prefixed was delicious for the eyes and stomach. The menu keeps changing but this week they had, we’ll check out our pictures. They also offer lovely wines and cider. Make a reservation so you can get a seat. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

Simply put, this was a lovely meal. Fresh, seasonal, and delicious vegetarian courses, with incredible wine and cider pairings. We especially loved the ambiance, the one oven cooking everything our plates, and the warm, welcoming energy from the staff/owner. We can’t wait to come back for mushroom season! We are so glad this place exists in DC. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
