Everything on the menu looked so good, but the salt cevicharron was exceptionally fresh and delicious. The fried pork belly was perfection! The proprietor was very kind and it was clear that making sure we had a good experience was a priority. Everything was clean and well maintained too. I’ve tried delicious burgers all over Utah, but I’m definitely staying with the pork n Roll porkoburger, a juicy burger made with real beef accompanied by crispy pieces of pork crackling. My mouth is watering while I wait for her.
