If you've ever wondered what it feels like to be an egg in Willy Wonka's factory, head over to Porky's Bayside Restaurant and Marina. Their omelets are so ginormous, you'd think they've discovered a secret breed of ostrich-chickens. Each omelet is a whopping six-egg wonder, cooked to perfection and served with a side of 'are-you-kidding-me?' Our server, Chris, was like a mimosa magician. Every time I took a sip, my glass seemed to refill itself. I'm not sure if he was incredibly attentive or if there was some Hogwarts-level wizardry going on. Either way, I wasn't complaining! The restaurant itself is a slice of paradise, with stunning marina views that could make a pirate weep. And the soundtrack? Pure Jimmy Buffett. Because nothing says 'tropical brunch' like 'Margaritaville' on repeat. In conclusion, Porky's Bayside is the place to be if you're into egg-ceptional omelets, endless mimosas, and the chance to dine in a Jimmy Buffett music video.
