The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the overall aesthetic is genuinely impressive. I also want to commend the staff and front desk team—they were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the most important aspect of any hotel stay is getting a good night's sleep, and this is where our experience fell short. We stayed in the New Garden Suite, and the sound insulation was surprisingly poor. We could clearly hear conversations from the hallway and neighboring rooms throughout the night. Early in the morning, the water pipes above our room made loud noises that woke us up, and outside noise continued well into the night, making it difficult to rest. In addition, the air conditioning wasn't able to cool the room adequately, even when set to the lowest temperature with the fan at the highest setting. It's a real shame because the hotel has so much going for it—the design is stunning, and the service is excellent. However, without proper soundproofing and better climate control, the overall stay felt below expectations. Unfortunately, because of the lack of sleep we experienced, we wouldn't choose to stay here again. Service: 4

I had an amazing stay at the Further Hotel. Everything is designed for your comfort and ease: lights, music, scents, and furniture. If you are a design enthusiast, you will not be disappointed. The staff make everything easy (a special thanks to Tengku, who was always ready to make my journeys around the hotel easy and gave me excellent recommendations to discover Indonesian food). The service is top-notch and always feels welcoming. The location is great if you want to visit nearby surfing spots. The only inconvenience is the very busy surroundings. However, the neighbourhood is full of things to do (Balinese massages, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.), and the atmosphere of the hotel makes you forget about the bustle of the street. The two highlights of this hotel are its really cool design and lovely staff. I would only recommend it if you want to stay in the Canggu area. Service: 5
