I had the most amazing experience with Portland Florist Shop. I needed to send something special for my dad's birthday and Lynn took the time to help me figure it out. We came up with a delicious marionberry cake with beautiful flowers and balloons. Delivery was quick and my dad was thrilled. He said that the cake was delicious and send me a picture of everything - it looked amazing!! I will definitely order from here again!!

Portland Flowers was able to get my flowers to the correct address after dropping it off to the wrong address (MY mistake, not theirs). I am undergoing chemotherapy and just made a mistake amongst the brain fog but I truly felt devastated because these were celebratory flowers for family across the country. Lynne heard me and figured out how to get the flowers to their intended recipients. I'm so glad I chose this small business because of that personal touch. Lynne was really sweet to make this order happen for me. Thank you to Lynne and her family!

“Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. I’m just so glad we were able to get the flowers to your family and make sure your special celebration turned out the way you wanted. Please don’t give the address mix-up another thought—we were happy to help! Your kind words about me and my family truly mean a lot. Thank you for choosing Portland Florist Shop and supporting our local family-owned flower shop. We’re sending lots of good thoughts your way. ”
