The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Congrats on that. However, the food experience was not the best. The price was so elevated for the quality and quantity. First, there was even ingredient shortage apparently; we didn’t got served what it was on the menu (no rice, no salad). We’ve been to Rodizio styled buffet restaurants before, and at Porto Esperanza, the meat and siders were not at a restaurant level. Or at least not worth to pay 390kr for it. We stood there for two and half hours, waiting for the meat to come (because it didn’t come at all at certain point), and left the place still hungry and very disappointed. Also we somehow got gluten despite asking about that component in the food when we did a reservation, as one of us is celiac. This brought serious health consequences at the end, making us feeling even more disappointed about our decision to eat here.
