We went tonight (Friday night) and ordered Giga, with two flavours. Chilli BBQ and Sour Cream. There wasn’t anyone in front of us, after our order there was only two other order after us. We waited for at least 7-10mins for our chips. It was hard, some were soggy and tastes like she just reheated the old chips, or it’s stale somehow. After waiting for that long, I was assuming it will be fresh chips. Karrinyup store always cook on order and never dry and tough like this. This is our first time and probably last time as $11.50 for stale dry chips isn’t nice. I recently tried the BBQ flavored chips at this store, and I must say, I was a bit disappointed. The BBQ flavor didn't quite match up to the original flavor I had experienced at their original store in Philippines. However, on a positive note, their sour cream flavored chips were exactly like the ones from the original store. The chips were thin and overly crunchy, almost giving the impression that they were overcooked. It would be great if the cooking time could be adjusted based on the thickness of the chips to ensure a more consistent and enjoyable crunch. As a loyal customer from your PH branch it would be fantastic to once again enjoy the original Potato Corner brand. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
