This is the second time I've been here. The first time, my order took forever to arrive, and today I don't know if the girl preparing it did it on purpose because the sandwich was inedible due to the excessive spice!. The picture shows only part of it; I threw another part away, and I ate another part thinking it was just at the beginning. But it's definitely inedible. If you don't want to do your job, you shouldn't go to work with such a sour face! Food: 2 Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $20–30

The staff was kind and professional, but the music played on the overhead speaker, doesn't make sense. Why can't the Potbelly's on 83rd Holland, inner-city Chicago in an urban area have better music. The art deco on the walls represented rythym and blues. So, why is it that what sounds like folk, contemporary, and or rock & roll is presented in a predominantly black area? While there enjoying my meal, other patrons felt the same way. Hopefully, they would put in a review as well. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
