Ordered 4 Italian sandwiches and the girl with a bandana and piercing made it seem like we said something wrong to her or she didn’t understand us? She called one of the guys over and he asked us what happened and we had to repeat what we wanted. They were playing their own music and goofing off and all 4 of them seemed like nobody knew how to make sandwiches. Horrible service. Why have 4 people for night crew if they’re just gonna stand around not doing anything and make one person do everything? Ridiculous. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Potbelly is probably my favorite sandwich shop and the shakes are a guilty pleasure for me. The service here was terrible. Nothing like being looked at like "why are you here" while you wait for a shake to be made over the course of an employee conversion. It was completely dead, but youd think there was something more pressing going on given the lack of work priority. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
