I have never ordered at pot belly before but my confusion on the ordering process seemed to irritate the workers. Just remember not everyone who comes into the store has been there before. They spoke to me as if I worked there and should have understood when and who to ask for sandwich toppings. Sorry I didn't know the first guy was the person to request the cheese, and the 2nd guy does the rest, I don't work there lol Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I want to take some time to give love to the Gentleman that works here named Shane. I'm not sure if he is the manager but every time I happen to come in after a workout he is working the register, and his customer service is top tier. In a time where some people tend to operate from a place of entitlement as if certain jobs are below them, I appreciate Shane's positive attitude and always making me feel valued as a customer. I don't just leave with food; I leave with an experience and for that I have no problem spending my dollars at Potbelly because of Shane.
