I’ve been a potbelly fan since like 2010. Going there with my high school sweetheart and buying her favorite sandwhich “The wreck”. Recently she passed away and it’s been hard going back. Just last week I went to the store and bought a wreck sandwhich. The cashier there called Ethan I think helped me with my whole order and made me feel young again. I hope Ethan is doing well and he deserves nothing but the best for his amazing customer service.
