I love potbelly sandwiches but this location just doesn't do it for me. I went Saturday in the afternoon and I was the only customer in the store..thats why I was surprised I had to wait to be served. They completed around 5 to six sandwiches before even taking my order and even after that I had to wait. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich add bacon..on flatbread. I also asked for heavy cucumbers and heavy lettuce.. After leaving and making it home to eat my sandwich and opened it to see hardly any chicken salad..3 cucumbers..hardly any lettuce..and way too much mayo..this is ridiculous. Potbelly sandwiches cost to much for you to skim on the meat and toppings. I feel like I wasted my money at this location. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

My son and I stopped in yesterday and we had a great experience. Food was excellent! We had interactions with all the working employees and they were helpful, pleasant and personable. Restaurant was nice and super clean. We recommend Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Pizza Melt

One of the tastiest sandwiches I've ever had, very flavorful (I got the island fire chicken) the staff was friendly and nice. Will definitely come back here again and again.
