Power-ken is a small shop serving hearty bowls of fantastic ramen. The Good: Every component of the ramen is well done, the soup was rich and flavorful with a hint of char flavor, thick and rustic noodles, thick tender chashu. Not fancy but well executed. The Bad: No dedicated parking or english menu. The Bottom Line: truly special ramen. Top 3 ramen around yokota. A 5 star rating is rare for me. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
