The restaurant had a warm, lively ambiance with soft lighting and a bustling yet comfortable energy. Our server was attentive and friendly, though the paella fell short of expectations—overly tomatoey and lacking the rice’s signature texture. The calamari and lamb chop appetizer were stellar, though portions felt modest for the price. Parking was straightforward, and we didn’t wait long for a table. This is our first visit to the Phoenix area and Prado Restaurant hit all the right notes. The food was delicious, plentiful and so well prepared. My husband and I shared the pulpo tapas and Valencia paella both of which are outstanding. From the valet service to the wait staff, the service was impeccable. Special mention to Cade who was very attentive, friendly and efficient. We highly recommend Prado and look forward to returning!
