I bought their Shortbread Cookies at Gelson's in Pacific Beach. I bake a great shortbread but Prager's cookies were better. Can't wait to visit the Bakery in Carlsbad after this sample of their baking. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Recommended dishes: Shortbread

Hidden gem of a bakery but worth the trek even if it’s on the pricier side. Great variety of pastries and whole loaves, clearly fresh and made with quality ingredients. Would be a regular if we lived locally. Sandwiches were sold out when we visited in the early afternoon so get there early for lunch!
