This so named Restaurant is nothing more than a little Bar located at the Swimmingpool for Kids. 90% of the small number of tables and seats at first glance were occupied. But nobody was sitting there. Some clothes and shoes were laying on the seats while the Parents went away and haven't returned! The Hotel Management needs to care about a new concept and controlling. Then we have asked the waitress where we could have a seat. In addition we have informed her to remove shoes and clothes what she has done. Otherwise potential guests would walk away believing that there isn't a free table. Of course we haven't received the Menu. So I stood up and have had a look at it which was displayed at the window. Then we made our order: Mixed MEZE. Quite fast it was served. But still we haven't got any Cutlery. After 5 minutes waiting for a plate again I stood up to ask for it. Next to us a FAMILY was sitting already in front of their Meals and then also have asked for Cutlery and Plates. What we have seen here is that the staff wasn't trained at all although this belongs to the 5 Star Hotel Waldorf Astoria! This place isn't the right one for Lunch. It might be good enough for a simple Drink. Price per person: QAR 50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
