The Prairie Kitchen was a delicious little find. The entire menu was reasonably priced, and my steak was cooked perfectly. The show stealer was the corn and black bean hash. I’d order that as a side three meals a day. My server, Vanora, was very personable. She handled the complainy customers next to me with elegance and grace despite their persnicketiness while still being very attentive. I will DEFINITELY come back to the Prairie Kitchen whenever I’m in town.
