Many guests point out that the staff is terrific at this place. In spite of the popularity among customers, the weak side of this cafe is its professional service. Based on the reviewers' opinions, atmosphere is comfortable here. Google users haven't given Prazer a high rating.

Around 20 comfy seats in one of those little family places, this one at the intersection of some bus routes. Ice cream heavy menu makes me think they're tilted towards pedestrians. Boothy atmosphere emphasizes private discussions? First song was "O Brasil Precisa Balançar" by Sandra Duailibe in Portuguese and next was an English remake of a famous song, "Alone Again Naturally". Eclectic music? No Wi-Fi. My eye was hooked on the frozen blueberry waffle set when I misread the price outside, but I stayed with it and it was pretty good. I think it would have tasted better if I thought it was a higher value... Several hot coffees, but only one iced coffee. Good, but overall I'm only going to call it a flat four stars. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000
