Always think the staff are helpful and pleasant. Have I ever forgotten my wallet at home, but the staff have shown understanding and then I have solved it quickly, of course, but without sour expressions.

Only had experience as a delivery point for parcels. Short waiting times, good service and pleasant hospitality. Had a problem with an expired ID when I was going to pick up a package and got help with how I could do it through post nord's app and bank ID, which saved my day.

Confusing positioning of pumps but otherwise just a completely standard gas station with a car wash and postal service.
