Me and my partner stayed here on christmas, and we had a lovely stay! Our room was clean and we had a very comfy bed. a christmas card and box of chocolates were also left for us by Sandra which was very lovely of her and the team. Very peaceful and relaxing stay!! "I recently stayed at Premier Inn Ashford Central, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The room had noticeable cobwebs, and the mattress was uncomfortable, leading to a restless night. Additionally, the noise from footsteps on the floor above started as early as 5 in the morning, disrupting my sleep. These issues significantly impacted my stay. I hope the management addresses these concerns to enhance the overall guest experience. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Thoroughly inspect and clean rooms for cobwebs regularly. 2. Consider upgrading mattresses for better comfort. 3. Investigate and address noise insulation issues, especially early in the morning. Got onto the floor our room was located and it stank of cigarette smoke. Went in room was OK, standard premier inn room but when in the bathroom with the extractor on it stank of stale smoke. The bathroom (standard premier inn) steams up so bad you need the extractor on so yeah. Mentioned to staff, but there was no way of doing anything about it at that time didn't even know if anyone was actively smoking in hotel so yeah. It was OK. But hotel was a bit run down. Won't stay here again. Rooms: 2 Service: 4 Location: 3
