The hotel is very poor; the level of cleanliness is not good, and you must inform the reception for them to send a cleaner (this is stated at the reception). Despite notifying them, the room was not cleaned. There was unreasonable noise coming from above the room; we were in Room 14 on the ground floor. The food is extremely bad; my advice is not to book with breakfast. The only advantage is the location next to the conference hall. This is not the standard of a Premier Inn. Service: 1

Great location for the Excel. Our room was a little tired but clean and tidy. What made the stay excellent was the dedicated and friendly staff. Every shift was pleasant and professional going above and beyond, they are a credit to Premier Inn and will be the reason we use the hotel again in the future. Thanks Service: 5

I stayed here last week and I was overall pleased with the stay. The young lady at check-in (sky??) was courteous and helpful. I did receive the wrong order in the restaurant but the manager Liam resolved this to my satisfaction and the food quality was good. Service: 5
