A reasonable quality Premier Inn. Plenty of parking. Great location for walking to Bromsgrove town centre, 0.5 to 1.0 miles. Staff great. Service: 4

Rooms was clean and tidy, i liked as a solo female traveller they didnt say at any point my room or name outloud would just ask for surname and point to numbers which was nice. Breakfast was good really friendly staff. Service: 4

Very isolated, no where to eat or drink unless pre-booked. Rooms need a good clean (dust on curtains was disgusting- and not great for asthmatics). The noise was awful overnight and barely slept. Staff were very young and customer service was not a priority. Not worth the money- this one. Service: 2
