Perfect location in the heart of Cheltenham. Rooms clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Nice bar on the second floor. Parking nearby at additional costs Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5

Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Food is reasonably priced, and very well cooked. Disabled access and facilities are excellent, both in the room and the hotel. My room is spacious, warm, and comfortable. Reception is staffed 24 hours a day. Location is central for town, with a car park nearby; yet it is not noisy. All rooms are upstairs, accessible by lift. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
