Terrible experience Do not stay here for more than one night because if your not satisfied you will only get a refund for one night dirty and run down and the staff fails to address any issues you have. The whole place is run down and the pub were you have your meals is not up to standard. I've used these hotels before all always been satisfied but this place is not up to standard.......AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Service: 1

Pros+ It has a good location and easy and cheap to acess to city center by taxi or bus. Cons- The room was never cleaned during our stay. There was no window in the room, only indirect light, and it felt like a prison cell. The daytime staff were terrible — rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We left our luggage at the hotel until check-in time, and when I picked it up, the handle was broken. I have never stayed anywhere worse than this. and I wont stay again.
