I was staying here for work, so the hotel was booked for me. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, both at reception and at the Beefeater. The only thing that let the room down was having no air conditioning in extreme heat. However the staff had closed the curtains and there was a fan already switched on in the room when I entered it. I found the bed comfortably and the room clean. The cooked breakfast in the morning was great value Service: 5

Used the countess wear as a stop off night on our way to Cornwall, all the staff were lovely, and helpful. Yes the place is a little dated but spotlessly clean, a quiet location and nice food, so sad the staff are losing their jobs. Such a great group of people. Service: 5

I had a really pleasant stay at Premier Inn Exeter (Countess Wear) hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and the room was clean and comfortable with usual comfy bed. The free parking was a big plus and it’s in a convenient location for getting into Exeter. I’d happily stay again.
