Room very basic than city centre premier Inn hotels. Disappointed that the lift had 'retired' upon our arrival. Expected shower and a bath. Upon out arrival receptionist was aware we are both deaf yet did not provide us with fire alert system to warn us in case of fire. Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 2
