It was very nice, very fun and the staff were really kind and were not rude once! Downside is very bad Internet and have to pay five pound per day for a good Internet. Pretty good overall Service: 5

This hotel we go down a lot to see our children’s grandparents. This hotel I cannot fault, they have excellent rooms, good food, service is great but could be structured a little tad more. This hotel I recommend to anyone visiting Somerset. Service: 4

Firstly, me and my husband are regular Premier Inn customers so we’re used to high standards. But I’m sorry corner cutting is starting to make your hotels look really shabby. Is it reasonable to have two teabags in your room after a long journey? Is it acceptable to have to request a room clean, for toiletries to feel watered down or to have towels with holes in? I’m aware that we can get extra teabags from reception and ask for our room to be cleaned. I just don’t think it’s acceptable. Also car parking should be included in daily room cost instead of a stealthy extra. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 3
