Very well located hotel. Rooms are clean, well heated/ventilated, accessible and comfortable! Beds are huge, with good bedding. The staff were all exceptional, no fuss, do whatever they could to help. I lost my room key, and it was no trouble to get me another one, and no shame or blame! Just made me another one. That meant alot, as you feel so stupid already for losing it! Breakfast the next day was great. One of the staff in the restaurant Leo in particular, who was so friendly and attentive. We found all staff friendly and helpful, so thanks for making our stay a great one. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4

Loved it. Clean comfortable. Lovely to be away from my flat. Relaxing. Everything you needed though no phone to reception if you needed them urgently. Rooms: Lovely and relaxing clean comfortable. Good TV. But no phone to reception Cant comment on cost as I dont know Nearby activities: Convenient theatre museum art gallery, church, Guildhall Walkability: Absolutely central. Food & drinks: Lovely breakfast. Nice restaurant. Nice staff. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet
