Been informed by the bar manager that we can no longer upgrade our meal deals for unknown reasons, staying here for weeks at time trying to stick to the meal deal meams eating the same meals over and over again. The beefeater in general is in a terrible condition, sticky tables filthy toilets and lacklustre customer service with a chef arguing with a colleague that his clearly raw chicken was infact cooked. The hotel itself is in a prime location located minutes from the M1. Unfortunately the rooms fall far short ! The heating in several rooms DOES NOT work and when asked the staff simply say there's no room to move you. The showers are falling apart and the mattresses are very tired. Not a good overall experience here at all and if it wasn't for the fact that it's booked through a business accounts I very much doubt it would get many repeat customers at all. Service: 2

The staff here make up for it's shortcomings. It's clean and comfortable but dated and quite tatty. However the staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and were greeted by Marc who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He was the only person serving at breakfast but did the job of five! He was attentive, efficient, and pleasant to everyone even though he was rushed off his feet! Nothing was too much trouble. A credit to Premier Inn and Beefeater. Service: 5

A lovely hotel. Kate on reception was so helpful. Amazing customer service, she has really gone out of her way to help us. Thanks Kate, you are a a credit to the Premier Inn Brand!! We would highly recommend this hotel. Service: 5
