Being at this restaurant, eat perfectly cooked steaks, veggie sausages and bacon. Get your meal started with good tea. Premier Inn Sunbury (Kempton Park) hotel is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' point of view, prices are affordable. As you can see, this place has the terrific decor. The cool atmosphere makes a good impression on customers. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

Good location in walking distant of the train station, however be aware that’s it’s outside TFL zones if travelling into London but this is reflected in the price! Good parking facilities (chargeable) close by. Very quiet hotel and comfortable bed with pleasant helpful staff.

Staff were a bit rude. Car park is so narrow if you have an SUV or Van virtually impossible to park in. Hotel has a whole "I'm definitely going to get murdered" feel about it. Rooms are very gloomy. There are hotels twice as nice for half the price in the area. Service: 2

This premier inn needs a make-over. It is very old and looks nothing like the photos. The carpets are worn. We went downstairs for a coffee only to find out the coffee machine was broken. Luckily there are other shops close by. I would not stay here again. The roof garden is dead! Could do better! Service: 3
