Food was great, generous serving for the meat unlike other samgyup resto. The downside is, service was TERRIBLE. Long waiting time and it's really difficult to get their server's attention. There was an instance that we had to press ther buzzer thing ten times, for more than 10minutes, until someone finally came to our table. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was slow, with orders taking over 15 minutes to arrive, and we had to repeat our requests multiple times. This was my second visit, and while I had fond memories from the first branch, this experience has tarnished that impression. I hope they can improve their service to match the quality of their food. Food and location were great! Each table has privacy. Once of the best samgyup meats we tried. BUT the service was awful. More than 15mins waiting time for the initial meat order. More than 10mins waiting time for the refill of side dish, water, and meat. Crews were not very welcoming. We tried calling their attentions several times by just raising our hands, but they just seem to ignore us. We also tried approaching to their counter already, but they just said, okay wait po, and another more or less 10mins passed by without update on our order. We hope their service gets better.
