Ice oat milk cappuccino are disappointment They only serve a blend of 80% Arabica and 20% robusta. Because of the robusta, the coffee turned out really bitter At least they have No sugar pie and cookies. The breakfast combo (free coffee) is great value and the food is amazing and the coffee huge and fantastic. I don't understand the poor rating. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We are very disappointed and upset with the service at the Prepa brunch on Amiryan Street. The cashier was impolite, and the waitress didn’t seem to care about us. I asked the waitress to clean our table, but the way the table was cleaned felt strange. We decided not to stay there and visited the brunch on Tumanyan Street, and the staff there was so nice, warm, and welcoming. The service at Tumanyan was excellent, but the service at Amiryan was very poor. Please improve the service at Amiryan, as we really love and appreciate Prepa’s concept. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
