Looking for great tasting home cooking? Want to add in great service and atmosphere to match? THIS needs to be your next stop! I had the Chicken Pot Pie and it was more than delicious. I physically relaxed, lol. Husband had the Blackened chicken. Portions are large and quality top notch. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

I have been to Preslee's in the past and the food has always been good, and service was never anything above average. However, today I went with my family and our food took over 40 mins to come out. The others in our party got their food and had finished eating before my kids and wife got ours. It wasn't even busy by any means. 30 mins after my parents got their food, I went up to the counter. I was told it was on its way out. Another 10 minutes past and still nothing. At that point I spoke to the manager who explained the order never showed up on their system in the kitchen so it had not even been prepared. After all this, the manager brings our food in to-go containers (might as well told us to leave), gives the excuse that he just got their and offered an insincere apology. I expect that excuse from a new server, definitely not the manager on site. My wife's eggs were obviously rushed to make as they just served her over cooked. The manager did come to check on us after we ate and said he discounted our meal. Come to find out he gave us a military/first responder 15% discount, which I could have received regardless as I fit the catagory. Sadly a poor experience overall. I'll have to check out "long weekend" next time instead. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
