Absolutely horrible attitude from employees. One employee accidentally charged me two milk teas. I explained I only ordered one and I apologised for the inconvenience. She didn’t speak to me at all. Proceeded to roll her eyes. I said sorry 2 or 3 times and still no response from her. The next time I went there I simply asked what was the pudding milk tea like. I had never had it before. This employee said that whatever is in the name is in the tea and rolled her eyes. She gave me no help at all. I said sorry again. I shouldn’t have to say sorry for something I am paying for. I was simply asking a question and she made me feel stupid. These employees don’t know a thing about customer service. They don’t know a thing about treating people with some respect. We are paying their wages. They desperately need more training in customer service.

One of my favourite places to drink bubble tea as it's not too sweet and tea is actually pretty strong. I usually order Hokkaido milk tea with double pudding.
