The quality of the food was ok. The burgers came out cold as well the paninis were very chewy. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $40–50

Hello Cross Country,Greetings from Press 195. I am sorry to hear of your poor food experience. Were you seated and the burger came to the table cold? Clearly unacceptable and we should have corrected it on th espot. Same with the sandwiches. If you can kindly DM us, I would very much like to know when this happened so we can see who was on staff. My husband and I have eaten at Press 195 many times and usually enjoy their press sandwiches and Belgian fries. They have always been very good. Today we ordered take out and got two Southern Dunk Chicken Sandwiches with sides of Belgian fries. Unfortunately, the food was not good. The sandwiches were soggy, the chicken in one was very tough and hard to bite, and the fries tasted old and bitter. If we lived closer, we would have taken the food back. Because of today’s experience, we won’t be back anytime soon. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1
