I fear not the man who practices 1000 kicks one time, I fear the waitress who asks me how my food is 1000 times. Sell a man a sandwich and you feed him for a day. Forget a man’s horseradish aïoli and ruin his evening. In the land of overpriced mediocre sandwiches, pressed is king. The road to disappointment is paved with restaurants called Pressed that actually don’t have a panini press.
