The people and the coffee/pastries/prepared food are really terrific. Been coming to this location since they opened a few years ago. I can tell it's a struggle to get staff to come in during the pandemic, winter storms and the related MTA shut-downs. People want their coffee and don't want to wait. We are all stressed by the inconvenience related to this mess. Let's cut 'em some slack. Or else we'll have to drink Starbucks or 7-Eleven 8^(

After picking up my occasional steel-cut oatmeal w/ a Pret granola blend, I saw these beauties to my right & was really glad I decided to bring them home for the family to sample. We enjoyed them!

The best Pret a Manger ever!!! Staff is nice and polite. Food is fresh. Everything is clean. Just need a hanger in the restroom.
