Standard service but inconsistant food service. You can not expect the same things on the shelves. In fact in the last time i ordered was January because they never have the food i wish to order Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Ola didn't get it right. Instead of hot whole milk she got oat milk, and when I corrected her I ended up with cold milk. I also had the bad idea of changing my mind about the almond croissant and asked for a pain aux raisins instead. I also was charged for a pain aux raisins but when I got to my table I opened the bag and it was an almond croissant. She also asked if I was taking away or was staying. I don't know what's point of that - I didn't get any plate. Under par experience for a Pret a Manger store.
