If i could give a negative star review i would. My partner and i stopped in here to try this place for lunch. Big fans of other chicken franchises. Right off the bat, all tables were filthy, floor was filthy and customer service was very below average. We both got chicken sandwiches, my sandwich was made wrong the first time around, asked the front desk lady if they would fix it and they did but made sure to have attitude about it and rude service, i watched them set my wrong sandwich aside (that i had taken back to my table and handled/taken the sandwich apart) and then i watched them GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE who had ordered the same sandwich. They didn’t inspect it to see if i had done anything to it. Instead of trashing it they just gave it to the next customer thank god i didn’t just touch my wiener with my hands before touching the sandwich. They had also forgot out drink cups and when trying to ask for them, we had to stand at the front desk for at least 8 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge we were even there. No it wasn’t busy and a few employees were behind the counter hanging out not working or doing anything better than grabbing a few cups. After we finally got our cups we sat down to eat and BOTH of the chicken breasts on both of our sandwiches were RAW!! We ended up just throwing the food away and leaving. I was recommended this chicken restaurant by a friend who said it was their favorite chicken place to eat. It wasn’t bad at all, in fact the french fries were my favorite part. They were cooked very well, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The seasoning on the Mild sandwhich had a strong hint of cinnamon which wasn’t bad, but a little too overpowering. The slaw and pickles kinda balanced it out every other bite. The sandwich was decent but got soggy half way through eating it. The sandwhich was also very big but overpriced for my wallet. I ordered a sandwich with the Hot Behind spice level and it was great and pretty spicy! Annika (sp?) brought my food to me personally and was very helpful and made sure I had everything that I needed. Will be back, thank you! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
