Visitors don't highly appreciate rolls and Brezeln at this restaurant. From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is attentive here. According to the clients, the main problem of Pretzelmaker is the disappointing service. Google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Purchase two Salt Pretzels. Realllly bad, was like chewing rope. Maybe they were out all day, not sure but they need to fix their product as I will never waste my money there again. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Salted Pretzel

The customer service is terrible. The girl behind the counter is miserable. She needs to change jobs. I walked up to the counter before anything was ready. I said good morning with a smile the only girl working the counter. she turned back and gave me an eye roll like she was annoyed that I was asking for her attention. I said good morning how are you when will the hot thoughts be ready she proceeded to keep a firm face with no smile or a friendly greet saying that I had to give her until noon because she was by herself I said OK no problem. I proceeded to come back about 45 minutes later I asked her for 16 pieces of mini hotdogs and I asked if she could just give me a spare cup as I was taking the other half home she told me no with an attitude as if the cup comes out of her paycheck. She did not apologize she did not even try to rectify her behavior she simply did not care and checked me out with an attitude. I don’t care where you work I feel that you should treat everyone with respect especially if you’re in Customer Service. We love Pretzelmaker the food is always good but the service is terrible and they should hire friendlier staff or train them to be polite. I treated her with respect and She’s manners and better work ethic. I did not get her name is she’s the only girl working today.
