Ella was amazing at the Cardiff St. David’s branch. Dining alone can be daunting but Ella was very welcoming and accommodating. Had the chicken parmigiana and a few cocktails - all delicious! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food is consistently decent here, plentiful, hot and tasty. Only issue is the service is very slow, regularly have to wave to get a servers attention for drinks refills, place order, get bill etc even on quiet days. Club Prezzo also does good offers (such as 40% off) so does help with the wait times Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
