First time we’ve visited Prezzo in Crawley. Despite seeming a bit short-staffed, the serving staff were friendly and attentive. The food was a bit slow arriving but we didn’t mind as we were out having a family meal and weren’t in a rush. The food itself was good, lots of choice for the kids (the 8-12 menu is great and portion sizes are very good for hungry older kids!) We did have a couple of issues with the kids food we ordered: - the meatball starter came covered in Parmesan (not mentioned on the menu description) but, when we told the serving staff that my son doesn’t like cheese, they were more than happy to make him another portion without the cheese on it. - The pasta arrabbiata main my eldest daughter ordered was full of sliced chilli pepper so was very spicy (I did warn her it would be spicy but the amount of chilli was excessive for a kids meal). Again, the serving staff were quick to offer a solution (some plain tomato pasta) and dealt with it in a very helpful and professional way. Otherwise the food was very good and we really couldn’t fault the staff in how welcoming and friendly they were and the calm and professional way they dealt with everything when they were clearly busy and working very hard. Crawley high street may not be seen as a go to destination for a meal out by everyone, but we would happily visit Prezzo again any time! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Paid parking lot, Free street parking, Paid street parking Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is great, lots of options and reasonably priced. Just be aware that drinks (other than water) are extra (£1 to £2)

We visited to celebrate my son’s GCSE results and had a wonderful evening. We were seated quickly, service was excellent and had the option of ordering on the app. All our courses were delicious. We’ll definitely be back!
