We had such a lovely evening tonight. The food was delicious everything came out fresh, full of flavour and beautifully cooked. The carbonara was rich and creamy, the chicken mushroom rigatoni was amazing, Great portion sizes and a really relaxed atmosphere. Thank you to Lauren for looking after our table so well. She was warm, friendly, attentive and made the whole experience feel welcoming from start to finish. Excellent service can really make a meal, and Lauren was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back! We were served by Lucy tonight in prezzo, for a Friday night and being so busy she was amazing and so attentive. We went in at 20:12 and we had our bill taken, drinks provided and food on our table by 20:28. So quick whilst providing immaculate service. Lucy was always happy to help and nothing felt too much trouble. You don’t find many happy helpful people in service much anymore so to find one is so refreshing. Will definitely be retuning and asking for Lucy especially! She deserves so much praise because it’s not easy serving people especially on a busy Friday night Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great experience at Trowbridge Prezzo today, Milena was great - attentive, answered questions (even weird ones ) and was more than happy to accommodate my love of cheese by adding extra cheese to every dish. Check out the small print on the dessert menu for a little surprise too! Great atmosphere on a Saturday lunch time, good was delicious, service was quick. Couldn’t have asked for more. Top marks all round. Well done :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
