The seafood fritura and grilled scarlet prawns were unforgettable too, perfectly paired with Lanzón champagne. And don’t leave without dessert — the flan de coco and homemade sweets are the perfect finale. For vegans, the roasted pear tomatoes, radishes, and mini mustard sprouts with olive oil are fresh and full of color.
