Staff were very rude on arrival took a while to serve and she said the wait time would be a few minutes, the wait was a lot longer for two meals ordered. Food wasn’t the best either chips were hard and cold. No sort of apology for the long wait was made and females servers were very inconsiderate. Either teach them how to deal with customers in an appropriate manner or remove them from front of house all together, would be doing everyone a favour. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently ordered from Prime Pizza Rotherham and honestly I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff were completely kind and polite both over the phone and when I went into the shop – they made me feel really welcome and took their time to make sure everything was right with my order. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The food was just as amazing as the service – fresh, hot, and full of flavour, with generous toppings and perfectly cooked pizza. Everything tasted spot on and was great value for money. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again and would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting quality food and friendly service.
