I booked the restaurant at 7:30 pm. However, me and my family arrived on time but the owner said that he will let us inside in 10min because customers did not leave their tables. Me and my family and my 2 years old daughter waited outside at -3 as 15min. He must reserve our table, I called him and he confirmed the reservation. Owner did not care about us, even he did not look at us. Awful experience. Do not come to this place if you care about hospitality.
