I placed a delivery order and waited for over an hour and a half without any updates. Each time we called, we were told that the order was already on the way, even though the driver had not contacted us at all—which seems impossible after such a long wait. When the driver finally called, I chose to cancel the order. His reaction was unusual, as he showed no concern or surprise, which gave me the impression that the order would simply go back to preparation and be given to another person. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and reflects poor service.
