The Prince George echoes with deep historical reverberations of times gone by. There’s a temptation to suggest it stands guard over one of the greatest pubs in the North West. You can feel the nostalgia like the flash of an 1980s Kodak camera — flash, flash, bang — sensory overload. From darts to farts, you can feel it calling. Encapsulated memories mixed with the occasional know-it-all at the bar. 4/5 — toilets need serious attention. I can only speak for the women’s Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A nice traditional pub! Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. (Doesn't serve hot food but for the exceptionally good pack of potato crisps!). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
